Concerned about using your credit card number online? You don't need to be. Read our Security page. If you still prefer not to order online, we can take your order over the phone.

Ordering By Phone

Call us toll free at 800-420-4509 to place an order from our website during business hours. Please note the names of the items you are interested in. Please have your credit card handy, or if you prefer, we can take your order and hold it for you to send in a personal check.

Shipping Policies

College of Saint Benedict Bookstore is proud to offer you competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are carefully packed to ensure the safety of your items in route. Orders will be processed within 4 business days. If you select 2nd day or overnight shipping for your order, please note that UPS does not deliver express packages on Saturdays or Sundays. If you need a package to be delivered on Saturday, please call the bookstore, and we will adjust the shipping charges on your order. Overnight packages that leave the bookstore on Friday for Saturday delivery will occur an additional charge.

Returns

Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 90 days of shipment, for a full refund. Please see exceptions below. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition, with all original pieces, as well as the original packaging or tags. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period.

Exceptions to this policy include textbooks, media which is no longer shrink wrapped, and customized products. The textbook and supply return guidelines are dependent on when the purchase is made. Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook. Customized products which are non-returnable include special orders and items which are printed or engraved based on your order.
